Странный ответ.
Можно же делать копии разделов и написать скриптик с инструкцией.
Может руки не дошли.
С другой стороны, а что мешает сделать брелок из того же "Мастера"?
В этом случае процесс ничем не должен отличаться от "изготовления" Live-CD.
Вопрос только в наборе пакетов/емкости флэшки.
