Приехала железяка.
Конфигурация как сверху.
Установилось все очень быстро (Compact -> Sisyphus), работает шустро.
[root@regulus /]# hdparm -tT /dev/sda
/dev/sda:
Timing buffer-cache reads: 3688 MB in 2.00 seconds = 1843.36 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 392 MB in 3.01 seconds = 130.12 MB/sec
