Не подходит.
Тем более что документация вида
AT Command set for GSM Mobile Equipment (ME)
(3GPP TS 07.07 version 7.8.0)
на http://www.etsi.org подробно описывает как работать с телефоном на
уровне AT команд. Насколько я понимаю это стандарт (хотелось бы
посмотреть на выводы АТ команд владельцев не-моторола телефонов).
По крайней мере уже (с наскока, не разбираясь в тонкостях процесса)
можно получить доступ к записной книге телефона, что не может не радовать.
