Из мана на матплату (относительно винды):

1) It is normal to see the icon "?" as the onboard VGS card is
   disables
2) to install the system with add-on AGP VGA card, users must be make
   sure to install the driver of add-on AGP VGA card before you
   install the onboard VGA driver. If the the onboard VGA driver has
   aleady been installed before you install the add-on VGA card, the
   system will set the onboard VGA as the primary graphics adapter
   automaticaly. In this situation, if you want to install the add-on
   AGP VGA card, you need to remove the onboard VGA drivers first,
   then add-on AGP VGA card and its driver, or it will "no display"
   when you monitor connects to AGP VGA card
...

То есть судя по всему она полностьб не отклюбчается... Да и линух её
всё же нашёл и предложил сконфигурировать... Но я емусказл
сконфигурировать только gf2-mx400. Может нужно было обе
конфигурировать...
