Было такое, и не раз, посоветовали сменить на 3c2000, брал с сайта
ASUS, потом после каких то обновлений оно стало юзать tg3(помоему
так). И проблемы исчезли... а промежутках пробовал попробовать
sk89lin. Работало без проблем...
