В такой комбинации железа blacklist не поможет - придётся вписывать wl
в /etc/modules для принудительной загрузки до остальных модулей (и
надеяться, что для его правильной инициализации не нужен работающий
udevd). Проблема в том, что за wifi-чип в данном случае борются
модули wl и ssb, но совсем отключить модуль ssb нельзя, поскольку он
используется модулем b44, нужным в данной конфигурации для проводной
сети (и blacklist ssb не приведёт к отключению загрузки модуля по
зависимостям).
