Это ошибки обмена по интерфейсу SATA:
SERR_10B_8B_ERR = (1 << 19), /* 10b to 8b decode error */
SERR_CRC = (1 << 21), /* CRC error */

Помимо смены кабеля, можно ещё ограничить скорость интерфейса SATA до
1.5 Gbps с помощью соответствующей перемычки на диске (программное
управление скоростью интерфейса пока ещё не реализовано).
