Судя по дате релиза autospeedstep, этот пакет следует отправить в
obsolete.
Кроме того, всё, что лезет в /proc/acpi, либо уже сломалось, либо
скоро сломается при очередном обновлении ядра. Использовать жёстко
забитый путь /proc/acpi/processor/CPU0/performance тем более нельзя,
поскольку CPU0 - это имя объекта в DSDT, которое вроде бы не
регламентировано никакими спецификациями (например, на ASUS A8V Deluxe
там нет CPU0, зато есть CPU1).
