Да, конечно. Если корпус был приличным и матрица с подсветкой
выжили или новые, то может быть вполне себе вариант.
Я [бы], помимо прочих субъективных примет, ориентировался на
PII/PIII+440BX.

В Киеве -- на itc.ua/freeads, в других городах -- думаю,
на аналогичных досках объявлений.
Здесь это от сотни до четырёх баксов сейчас получается.
