Имею Athlon 64 3000+ (S939) + ASUS A8V (K8T800).
Главное - с памятью не ошибиться. У меня
2 x Kingston KVR400X64C3A/512 (USA). Жужжит 4 месяца без
сбоев.
Бесшумность - это от кулера зависит. Я брал себе Titan Siberia
for S939. Шумит терпимо, температура процессора на полной
загрузке ~ 50.
По производительности - зависит от задач. Если интересуют
вычислительные задачи, типа компиляция/архивация/считалки, то тут
тактовая частота рулит (Pentium IV 3000). Если мультимедия, то
лучше Athlon 64 3000+, да и дешевле выйдет.
