Добрый вечер.
Есть стриммер Sony SDT-S9000 и куча кассет DDS-3. Стример старый,
кассеты тоже.
У меня не получается записать на него 12 гиг тестовых данных.
Что происходит:
1. Создаю тестовый файл в 1 гиг и пытаюсь сбросить его на ленту.
Пишется примерно 250 мегов и стример клинит. В /var/log/messages
появляется Hardware Error от модуля st. Девайс /dev/{nst0,st0}
дает io error.
Перезагружаем кассету с лентой и продолжаем опыты.
2. Команда mt -f /dev/nst0 retension ленту перематывает.
3. Команда mt -f /dev/nst0 erase ленту до конца не стирает.
Получаю Hardware Error.
4. Тестилка стримеров из bacula - btape fill пишет 250 метров.
Вопрос: как протестировать стриммер? Чем можно записать на ленту
12 гигов?
