Увы, de-facto можно считать что NCQ "будет когда-либо".
Реально считаю разумным использовать SATA на всех новых платформах.
Просто потому, что IDE скоро умрёт. И слава богу. Ибо есть ещё SAS (Serial
Attached SCSI), между которым с SATA будет односторонняя совместимость (к
SAS-контроллеру подключаются SATA-диски).
