Это ошибка в BIOS - не проходит передача управления контроллером от
BIOS к драйверу.

А это уже ошибка в ehci-hcd :(

Тем не менее проблема связана именно с этой эмуляцией. Также из-за
этого могут возникать проблемы с портом PS/2.

Возможно, в новой версии BIOS исправлены какие-то ошибки в USB Legacy
Emulation.
