Вы лучше расскажите как вы добились таких низких скоростей? (см. ниже)
Или это "здоровый" консерватизм: "...работает ядро 2.4.20, зачем мне его
менять?" :-)

На старых ядрах, помню, глючило и тормозило (железо осталось тоже).
