Для USB 2.0 надо загружать ещё модуль ehci-hcd. Контроллер в этом
случае состоит как бы из двух устройств: EHCI обслуживает только
устройства High Speed (480 Мбит/с), UHCI или OHCI - Full Speed (12
Мбит/с) и Low Speed (1.5 Мбит/с). Если ehci-hcd не загружен, все
устройства сваливаются в старый медленный режим.

Два alias на одно имя работать не будут. Вторая строка должна быть
записана в виде
alias usb-interface1 ehci-hcd
Новому hotplug из Сизифа это уже не нужно - драйверы для
USB-контроллеров загружаются автоматически при запуске сервиса
hotplug.
