Да чего там создавать то, на такие деньги, с учётом того, сколько
приезжает людей, и на сколько поднялись тарифы.
Баня это очень хорошо, но желающих попариться будет очень много, если уж
и строить баню, то в виде барака на большое кол-во людей. А в финале -
сжечь, ибо через год я бы не рискнул ей воспользоваться.
