Ммм. install-check же и так попакетно делается. У тебя проблемы с установкой именно пакета alt-domain-server. То, что ты не менял зависимости ещё не значит, что они не изменились. Это Альт и тут роботы --- наши друзья. Могли удружить. По дружбе.
Попробуй hsh-install этого пакета из задания (уже собранного) локально сделать и посмотреть, кто что вытягивает по зависимостям.
