Но всё равно же нужно дождаться стабильного релиза wine (январь 2025), так как у нас есть отдельный wine-stable.
В wine-stable же перехода не будет в это ближайшее время?

И какой сторонний софт, помимо стим и какого-то количества 32-битных линукс-игр (их не так много и у них всех есть windows-аналоги, работающие в wine) нужен?
