В спеке python-module-wx3.0 сборка для Python3 была выключена real@ ещё
мае 2012.
Вообще, там применялась трансляция 2to3. Актуальность этого приёма,
наверное, устарела, да и вместе со всем, что там ещё написано в спеке для
Python3.
