Мой ProjMan поддерживает =)
там используется ctags, для автодобивки и помощи по именам процедур и
параметрам присутсвующим в исходниках разрабатываемой программы.
И они могут постоянно меняться - какой смысл их складывать в какой-то
системный каталог?!
