С ним собирается подпакет virtualbox-webservice - VirtualBox Web
Service. static - это норма для этой замечательной библиотеки,
поскольку у неё так устроен ABI, что некоторые символы библиотеки
доступны из приложения. Плюс там больше кодогенерации, чем обвязки.
