Покапался еще. Что удалось понять:
сделал в SPEC файле компиляцию, практически равную ./configure && make
&& make install (патчи убраны):
%build
./configure \
--prefix=%{_prefix} \
--libdir=%{_libdir} \
--libexecdir=%{_libexecdir} \
--sysconfdir=%{_sysconfdir} \
make
%install
make install DESTDIR=%buildroot
и все равно, проблема со "слетающей" локализацией остается. Кто может
подсказать, чем еще отличается подобная сборка в hasher от ./configure
&& make && make install?
