Это обсуждение я как-то пропустил...
Я, вообще-то, ничего не предлагаю. Просто понадобился "условный subst"
в пакете, я нашёл только вышеуказанный способ. Вот и решил спросить
на всякий случай: нет ли более правильного варианта решения и без
зависимости сборки от rpm-utils. Я так понял, что другого варианта нет
(?)
