Рассмотрим вопрос с точки зрения пользователя: он взял инсталлер, у
него инсталлер не работает. Куда ему вешать баг? Как ему получить
список багов в инсталлере: разрезолвленных или нет?
Метабаг для второго со скрипом сойдёт, но лучше воспользоваться
механизмом keywords: по ним лего искать.
Для первого отдельный *компонент* выделять не совсем верно: баги,
разобранные на другие компоненты, будут явно вешаться на него снова и
снова. Лучше было бы, если бы все компоненты инсталлера были выделены
в отдельный проект: сказать пользователю "все баги репортятся в проект
installer" гораздо проще, чем сказать "все баги репортятся в
sisyphus/installer, но ещё поищите все баги с keyword [INSTALLER]: не
перевесили ли их куда" или ещё хуже: "все баги репортятся в
sisyhpus/installer, но ещё возьмите вот этот метабаг и прокликайте все
баги, от которого он зависит: вдруг ваш баг уже зарепорчен".
