Здравствуйте!
Вот бывает такая задача: есть некий пакет abracadabra-1.0.1-alt1,
поддерживаемый почтенным разработчиком, razr, который не желает сборки
своего пакета кем попало. В его состав входят, скажем, настройки этой
самой abracadabra в /etc.
И есть другой пакет, который делаю я и который предполагает использовать
файлы из пакета abracadabra, но настройки в etc, поставляемые razr мне
категорически не подходят.
Как правильно поступить в этой ситуации? Форкать abracadabra и класть в
него настройки? Просить мантейнера abracadabra - тогда как правильно и о
чем его в такой ситуации просить? Чтобы он сделал настройки в
подпакете, который можно не устанавливать? Что делать, если мантейнер
этого не захочет? Писать свой настроечный скрипт, который после
установки затрет дефолты abracadabra моими?
