Не, основное в пакете - это 2 файлика
/ect/default/yandex-browser и /ect/default/yandex-browser-beta без которых RPM-пакет с оф. сайта не ставится, т.к. зависает установка - ибо если файликов нет, то идёт попытка добавить репозиторий через команду rpm и на этом всё блочится.
Поддержка H.264 - это уже позже добавил симликом.
