Не совсем так, amd хочет свой модуль ядра синхронизировать с открытым
модулем для радеон, сделать один общий модуль, а свои закрытые
библиотеки запаковывать в драйвер fglrx. Таким образом будет два
драйвера: открытый радеон и закрытый fglrx но с общим модулем ядра.
