Здравствуйте, все.
Назрел вопрос о правилах, регулирующих выдачу коммерческих лицензий на
СПО (GPL v3). Допустим, что автор A написал Программу и решил её
распространять как под GPL, так и под некоторой коммерческой лицензией
(в тех случаях, когда это интересно заказчику). Затем к проекту
присоединился автор B, который внёс существенные изменения в свободную
версию Программы. Спрашивается, кто теперь может принимать решение о
распространении Программы под коммерческой лицензией: автор A, авторы A
и B по отдельности (каждый свою часть), только авторы A и B сообща.
