Это не ответ на вопрос. Если с пакетом мантейнера производятся
любые действия, влияющие на репозиторий Sisyphus, мантейнер
должен быть оповещён. Если такого правила нет, напишите здесь об
этом явно, пожалуйста.

Не ожидал, что xsl стили попадут под новый toolchain :)
PS Залил исправление в Sisyphus и оба бранча.
