Отбой тревоги. Отправил пакет почти "в тёмную" (при отключённой сборке
документации всё остальное собралось), он благополучно собрался. dblatex
я использую для сборки документации к пакету qtiplot.

Да, просто раньше подобных проблем не возникало...
