Приветствую!
В Daedalus очень скоро отправляется сборка firefox-1.5 и некоторых
модулей. Она там пробудет очень недолго 2-3 дня для того чтобы все
желающие могли найти и сообщить мне о багах. Молчание будет расценено
как полное отсутствие багов (или интереса к продукту) и всё будет
выложено "как есть".
Из основных изменений:
* сборка с системными NSS и NSPR.
* К путям поиска расширений добавлен путь:
/usr/share/firefox/extensions
для архитектурно независимых расширений (таких большинство).
* Соответственно снова переделаны макросы для запаковки расширений.
* Все макросы для firefox вынесены в отдельный пакет rpm-build-firefox
Это существенно уменьшает билд среду для расширений.
* /usr/bin/firefox переписан. Теперь он только один. Большинство
устаревших проверок отсутствует.
Часть модулей была пересобрана под новую схему. Вот список того что я
НЕ пересобрал(по разным причинам) под новый firefox:
firefox-compactmenu
firefox-copyallurls
firefox-downloadmgr
firefox-dragtotab
firefox-fireget
firefox-openbook
firefox-uk
Все остальные пакеты были пересобраны для нового firefox. Но реально
поддерживать я могу только:
firefox-livehttpheaders
firefox-ru
firefox-switch-locales
firefox-tabbrowser-extensions
firefox-webdeveloper
Остальными я не пользуюсь ...
