Смотря у кого какие серверы :-)
Я уже словил достаточно хлопот, когда маршрутизатор на ALM 2.4
последовательно рос: 1 eth -> 2 eths -> 3 eths. Впереди предстоит
переход на 4 eths, и без ifrename это в очередной раз нагоняет тоску,
т.к. все сетевые карты - одного типа, а одна из них привязана по
MAC-адресу у ISP.
Придётся перетыкать их по PCI-слотам, пока не восстановится нужное
соответствие между ethX и MAC-адресами :-(
