Потому что иначе некоторых эволюционных изменений пришлось бы ждать в
Сизифе полгода. Вообще, я не понимаю: что-то страшное случилось? Не вижу
ни одного даже critical бага в Багзилле (ах да, на меня ещё не всё
перевесили, понимаю). Был один blocker на esound, но к GNOME 2.13 он
отношения не имеет.

Я же не собираюсь цифра за цифрой следовать за выходом новых
нестабильных версий. Ну короче, если вопрос в стабильности GNOME на эти
полгода, то вот ответ: обновления стабильной ветки GNOME в Сизифе -
будут. Изменения, даже потенциально ведущие к нестабильности - подождут
до конца зимы либо попадут в Дедал, если кому нужно. Этого достаточно?
