Вот получил анонс от разработчиков интересного проекта: http://inkis.org

Настоящий проект ставит целью разработку библиотек, утилит, серверов
ввода/вывода, шлюзов телемеханических протоколов и др. программного
обеспечения для поддержки различных устройств телемеханики в
соответствии с открытой лицензией GNU (GPL). Предоставляя открытый код
мы ставим себе задачу изменить существующие убеждения о том, что
телемеханические системы и программное обеспечение, поддерживающее их
работу, должно быть "фирменным и закрытым". Создание программного
обеспечения с открытым кодом на наш взгляд это прогрессивное
направление, которое сможет ускорить рост перспективных разработок, не
затормаживая искусственно внедрение новых технологий.
