точно.
По дефолту только /home монтируется с nosuid.
$ mount | grep nosuid
/dev/hda5 on /home type ext3
Если сильно затормозить систему, можно даже ps'ом успеть поймать
запуск этого хелпера и увидеть, что его egroup="_polkit"
