Список для тех, кто добровольно или принудительно занимается
локализацией. В концов концов, программ много, а интерфейс везде
переведён по-разному, это неправильно %)
Может, конечно, там и переводчика для своих пакетов можно найти, но
никто ещё не пробовал.
