Может быть. Надо подумать.
Но если названия могут быть и разные, то хотя бы
отсчет от корня, IMHO, должен быть одинаковым.
А то, к примеру - для GIMP:
группа RPM - Graphics
группа menu - Multimedia/Graphics
и так во многих местах
