Сегодня в 11.00 обновление было уже закончено.
К тому же неизвестно во сколько у сервера ibiblio срабатывает cron ;-)
Так что на мой взгляд - обновляется нормально.
Учти еще, что скорость то все таки у него до нас - примерно
40kb/секунду. Не больше.
