А нельзя просто подключить отдельную сборочную ноду для больших
пакетов, которая будет медленно собирать, но иметь диск для хранения
выхлопа?
И по списку исключений собирать пакет там.
А то какая-то странная проблема, похожая на то, что не бывает DDR3
планкой по 16Гб :)
