Пожалуй, у этого интерфейса, есть определённые недостатки. А именно,
неудобно собирать этот список из каких либо .d файлов (хотя можно
сделать обработчик .d файлов, который будет генерировать конфиг для
sysctl или прямо выполнять sysctl)
