Такую "конвенцию" в какой-то момент предложил я,
вроде в целом её одобрили, но обязательной не делали
(этого и не предлагал). Смысл таков, чтобы уменьшить
вероятность коллизии с желаемым именем настоящих
пользователя и/или группы -- уж не помню, какой именно
был случай, но сильно подозрительный на такое.
