В принципе, там все в логах написано. У пакетов
не хватает явных BuildRequires на нужные tex(...).
Раньше что-то неявно вытягивалось, но похоже
сломалось при миграции на python3.
сам texlive у нас не менялся месяц, поэтому это не к нему.
ноя 7 texlive-2019-alt1_6.src.rpm
ноя 7 texlive-texmf-2019-alt1_7.src.rpm
К примеру:
Смотрим в error log blas-3.9.2-alt1 -
видим сообщение
I can't find file `dehypht.tex'
лечится явным BuildRequires: tex(dehypht.tex).
