Попутно я попытался перевести какие-то свои программы на новый API.
Осознал, что там сильно поменялась идеология того, что является
преобразованием координат, и как эти преобразования надо описывать.
В результате мне показалось, что переход на новый proj - очень
неочевидная вещь с хитрыми ловушками, и что старый API еще поживет.
Я, по крайней мере, с переходом пока не справился.
Убрать старый API обещают в 2020 году в proj7. Возможно, хорошим
решением будет собрать в Сизиф proj6 и proj7 отдельными версиями.
