Я конечно могу и ошибаться, но эта библиотека является частью пакета
nvidia-settings, зачем класть и собирать ее отдельно? Иначе, получается
странная ситуация: у нас есть пакет nvidia-settings, где это библиотеки
нет или она другой версии, есть пакет с этой версией и -devel часть, но
она потенциально несовместима с nvidia_glx, поскольку имеет другую версию
NV-CONTROL-API.
PS похоже, робот опять собрал фигню в сизиф.
