это артефакт от варианта А -- texlive из fedora.
там он вошел в texlive как texlive-ctanify.
В варианте B ctanify не вошел, поэтому удалять не нужно.

надеюсь, что в итоге будет как и раньше.
но пока хотел бы избавиться от texmf(..)
texmf-latex-biblatex сейчас более старый,
смысла его держать в сизифе нет.
