Я уже писал, что зто будет уже другая задача ---
выпускать свой дистрибутив TeX.
Вот Кирилл в свое время сделал так, а потом не смог обновлять.
А стандартный TeXLive и собрать, и обновить на порядок легче.
Нет проблем, если у кого-то достаточно времени,
сделать укрупненные сбалансированные пакеты
и выпустить наш родной дистрибутив ALT TeX,
или KirillTeX (если кто-то и сделает, то скорее всего он).
Но у меня нет. я и так уже почти на месяц завяз.

Я уже писал про такое решение в mageia.
И почему оно IMHO плохое -- там тот пакет-дамп 1Gb,
слишком грубый, раздувает chroot/iso.
