ну, для начала configure.ac:27: error: тыкает в какой-то AM_C_PROTOTYPES.
гуглеж показал, что

так шта либо делать %set_automake_version 1.10, либо удалять
configure.ac:27 строку с AM_C_PROTOTYPES. собирается и так и эдак.
