Для noarch пакетов вроде moodle*-lang-*
ELF symbols check вообще не имеет смысла проводить :)
А noarch пакеты -- это более половины пакетов сизифа.
Я к тому, что в incoming есть большой запас для оптимизации
и распараллеливания.
