По двум причинам:
- для /usr/lib/opera/gstreamer/plugins/* не предъявляется требование
отвергать недолинкованные файлы и файлы с неудовлетворенными
ELF-символами;
- сборка hasher'ом не осуществляет проверку на неудовлетворенные в рамках
всего репозитория ELF-символы.
Очевидно, что вы не используете файл
/usr/lib/opera/gstreamer/plugins/libgstoperamatroska.so, в противном
случае opera просто бы упала.
