Вроде бы в этом нет необходимости.

Необходимость "внестись в списки мэйнтенеров петона" возникает в тот
момент, когда приходится собирать закрепленные за @python пакеты.
До тех пор членство в @python роли не играет.

Боюсь что там же где и раньше, в слегка пожелтевшем виде.
